Directors' Shareholdings : Mr Ben Gordon
Mr Ben Gordon was awarded 55,000 Mothercare plc ordinary 50p shares on 4
December under his equity incentive scheme. No payment is required from Mr
Gordon in respect of this award. Mr Gordon sold all of the shares awarded on 4
December at a price of 373.75p per share.
Mr Gordon holds 362,458 Mothercare plc ordinary shares being 0.5% of the
Company's issued share capital.
The Mothercare Employee Trust subsequently re-acquired the shares disposed of by
Mr Gordon at a price of 373.75p per share. The shares acquired by the Mothercare
Employee Trust will be used in fulfilling future incentive share scheme awards
made by Mothercare plc. The Trust holds 3,275,622 shares following this
transaction equivalent to 4.48% of the issued share capital.
Mothercare plc's issued share capital is 73,124,260 ordinary 50p shares.
