Performance Share Plan December 2006
Mothercare plc announces that an award has been made to Sue Malti under the
Mothercare 2006 Performance Share Plan on 5 December 2006. Sue Malti is a person
discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company. The award of a value of
£56,250 comprising 15,051 shares under the plan has been made in the form of nil
cost options that will vest in whole or part subject to the achievement of the
performance conditions.
