PDMR Shareholding: Colin Bradley

Mothercare plc announces that Colin Bradley a person discharging managerial
responsibilities yesterday exercised options over and sold 10,000 Mothercare plc
ordinary shares at a price of £4.21p per share. The option price was £3.35p per
share.

Following this disposal, Mr Bradley and related parties retains 10,262
Mothercare ordinary shares equivalent to 0.014% of Mothercare's issued share
capital of 73,372,813 ordinary shares.
