Director / PDMR Shareholdings


Ian Peacock, Chairman and Clive Revett, Company Secretary, participate in the
Dividend Re-Investment Plan in respect of dividends paid by the Company.


Under the plan, 3111 shares and 28 shares respectively were purchased on 27th
July at a price of £3.40 per share. Following the acquisition, Mr Peacock has
176,825 ordinary shares in Mothercare plc, equivalent to 0.243% of the total
issued share capital; and Mr Revett has 1550 shares in Mothercare plc,
equivalent to 0.002% of the total issued share capital.
