Mothercare plc advises that Mr. Colin Bradley on Friday 25 November exercised
and sold 2,733 Executive Share Options, 1,733 of which were originally granted
in May 2001 and 1,000 in June 2002 at a price of 300p and 207p per share
respectively. The sale price was 355.50 per share.
