Director PDMR Shareholdings
Mothercare plc announces that the first tranche of the deferred bonus, awarded
in May 2006, was released to the following participants on 19 June 2007. The
bonus deferred in respect of each individual was converted into shares and held
by the Employee Share Trustee at the time of deferral at a price of £3.43 per
share.
