Re: Steven Glew : Interest In Shares
Mothercare plc announce that the Mothercare Employee Trust on 26 March, granted
options to Steven Glew to acquire ordinary shares in the capital of the Company
under the Mothercare plc 2000 Share Option Plan which have a value at the date
of grant equivalent to £400,000, being 402,011 shares at an exercise price of
99.5 pence per share.
The first date that the option may be exercised is 26 March 2006, subject to the
satisfaction of the plan's performance criteria.
