MOTHERCARE PLC: CHANGE IN SHAREHOLDING
Mothercare plc announces that it was advised today by Fidelity Investments (on
behalf of FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, and Fidelity
International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries) of a
decrease in their notifiable interest in the share capital of Mothercare plc.
The interest comprises 9,812,234 shares or 13.39% (previously 10,213,680 or
14.05% on a share capital of 72,710,930) of Mothercare's issued capital.
