Mothercare PLC : Change in Shareholding
Mothercare plc announces that it was advised yesterday by Fidelity Investments
(on behalf of FMR Corp. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity
International Limited (FIL) and its direct and indirect subsidiaries) of an
increase in their notifiable interest in the share capital of Mothercare plc.
The interest comprises 10,485,626 ordinary shares or 14.63% of Mothercare's
issued share capital (previously 9,479,426 or 13.24% on a share capital of
71,616,213).
