Re : Holdings in Company
We write to inform you that the Trustees of the Mothercare Employee Trust on
Friday 21 September acquired 128,491 Mothercare Ordinary Shares of 50p each, at
a price of £3.864215p per share.
The shares are to be utilised by the Trust for equity incentives throughout the
Mothercare business. The executive directors (and other persons discharging
management responsibilities) of Mothercare plc are deemed to be interested in
all of the shares held by the Trust which now amount to 3,752,674 shares or
4.30% of the issued share capital.
