Holdings in Company



The Company today received notification of the following notifiable interest in
its issued ordinary share capital.


Arron Banks                   4,660,000 ordinary shares
Paul Chase-Gardener           1,250,000 ordinary shares



These holdings, acting together, represent approximately 3.00 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.



In addition, Arron Banks also has an interest in 1,350,000 shares through
contracts for difference.
