Holding in Company; Rhone Capital L.L.C.
Mothercare plc announces that Rhone Capital L.L.C has a notifiable interest in
the voting rights of Mothercare plc.
The interest of Rhone Capital L.L.C. comprises 4,847,079 Mothercare ordinary 50p
shares equivalent to 5.558% of the voting rights. The Voting rights were
acquired following the acquisition of Chelsea Stores Holdings Limited by
Mothercare plc on 19 June 2007.
Rhone Capital L.L.C. is the sole member of Rhone Holdings II L.L.C., which in
turn is the general partner of Rhone Capital II L.P. which acquired the shares
in its capacity as general partner of:
1. Rhone German Partners GmbH & Co. KG (137,701 shares - 0.158%)
2. Rhone Offshore Partners II L.P. (3,151,060 shares - 3.613%
3. Rhone Partners II L.P. (1,558,318 shares - 1.787%)
