Horse Racing Sponsorship

The Board of Webis Holdings plc, the global on-line gaming group, is pleased to
announce that it has agreed sponsorship with Ascot and Newmarket racecourses for
horse races taking place during April and May 2008.

On Friday 11 April, the Company will be sponsoring the Hunters' Steeple Chase
race during Ascot's inaugural 'Countryside Day' meeting.

On Friday 16 May, the Company will be sponsoring four Handicap races and two
Maiden Stakes races on the afternoon card at Newmarket's Rowley Mile racecourse.

The races will be branded under the Company's sportsbook portal,
betinternet.com.

Managing Director, Garry Knowles, said 'I am pleased that we have been able to
commence our horse racing sponsorship with such prestigious racecourses as Ascot
and Newmarket. I am confident that our sponsorship of these races will heighten
