The AGM should be 11th January 2006 and not as previously stated.

report and accounts for 2005 are available on its corporate information website
at http://217.23.170.21/investrelations and that its Annual General Meeting
which was due to be held on 22 December 2005, will now be held at The Claremont
Hotel, 18/19 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man on 11 January 2006 at 2.00 pm.
