Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM')

The directors of Webis announce that the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 May 2009 will be held at The Claremont Hotel, 18/19 Loch Promenade, Douglas, Isle of Man, on 23 October 2009 at 11.00 a.m.

The associated Notice of AGM, as incorporated on pages 34 and 35 of Webis' 2009 Annual Report and Accounts, was sent to shareholders on 25 September 2009. The 2009 Annual Report and Accounts can be viewed on the Company's  website
