Holding(s) in Company

Mountview has today been notified that pursuant to section 198 of the Companies
Act 1985, the Executors of Mrs Doris Sinclair's estate transferred 18,000
ordinary shares in Mountview on 10 April 2006. As a result, the estate now holds
122,500 ordinary shares, representing 3.14% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

On 10 April 2006, the Trustees of W.D.I. Sinclair's Grandchildren's Settlement
purchased 18,000 ordinary shares at a price of £45.25 per share. As a result the
estate now holds 175,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.48% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
