Mpac Group plc, a global leader in high-speed packaging and automation solutions, announces that it been informed that William Wilkins, Group Finance Director, today purchased 4,813 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 207.5 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr Wilkins's shareholding following this transaction is 86,194 Ordinary Shares, representing c.0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.
