                        EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING RESULT

Molins announces that, at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held
at 9.00am today, the ordinary resolution to approve the acquisition of Sasib 
S.p.A. announced on 8 August 2003 was duly passed.  The acquisition has now been 
completed.
