The Company has been informed that on 29 September 2017 certain directors and their PCAs  transferred ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") all at a price of 216 pence to ISAs (the "Transfers"). There is no change to any overall director interests in Ordinary Shares as a result of the Transfers.
