MURRAY INCOME TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 12 January 2001 Murray Income Trust PLC purchased for cancellation 475,000
of its own ordinary shares at 549.75p per share.
Following the transaction the company's issued ordinary share capital is
72,068,935 ordinary shares of 25p each.
