Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London
Stock Exchange for a total of 84,635 Ordinary shares of 25p each ('shares') to
be admitted to the Official List.
It is expected that permission to admit the new shares will be granted on 1 July
2004 and that admission and trading will commence 02 July 2004.
These shares are being issued as a result of the conversion of 84,635 B Ordinary
shares of 25p into 84,635 ordinary shares of 25p each.
The converted shares do not rank for the interim dividends payable on 16 August
2004, 17 November 2004 and 16 February 2005. The first dividend to which they
will be entitled will be the final in respect of the year ending 31 December
2004.
