This announcement replaces the announcement of Friday 14th November 2008 at 07:00hrs (RNS No: 9125H). 7664 shares were issued and not 7608 as was announced on 14th November. The ratio is now 0.69404 and not 0.69380. The issued share capital has changed as a result. Please see below the updated announcement.

The Company announces the allotment on 14 November 2008 of 7,664 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,111,928 B Ordinary shares.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the second interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.69404 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held.
