The Company announces the allotment on 15 November 2007 of 6,772 B Ordinary
shares of 25 pence each under its B Ordinary share block listing facility. The
issued B Ordinary share capital is now 1,090,350 Ordinary shares.
These shares have been issued in lieu of the second interim dividend payable to
Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of
25p on the basis of 0.62497 Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares
held.
