The Company confirms the issue on 15 November 2013 of 8,514 B Ordinary shares of 25 pence.  The issued B Ordinary share capital is now 935,633 B Ordinary shares.  Dealings in the new B Ordinary shares commenced on 15 November 2013.

These shares have been issued in lieu of the second interim dividend payable to Ordinary shareholders as a result of the capitalisation of B Ordinary shares of 25p on the basis of 0.91831 B Ordinary shares for every 100 B Ordinary shares held on the record date of 11 October 2013.

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, following the above issue the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue is 125,126,207 and the total number of B Ordinary shares of 25p in issue is 935,633 with each share holding one voting right.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Murray International is 126,061,840.

126,061,840 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
