Capitalisation Issue of B Ordinary Shares

In accordance with the terms of the Articles of Association of the Company the Directors have resolved to make a bonus issue of B Ordinary shares which corresponds to the first interim dividend of 5.6p per Ordinary share, announced on 22 April 2009.  

The Company will capitalise a sum of £2,760 being part of the sum standing at credit of the realised gains reserve and the Directors will issue 1.03542 new B Ordinary shares credited as fully paid for every 100 B Ordinary shares held at close of business on the record date of 8 July 2009 (resulting in the issue of 11,040 new B Ordinary shares). Definitive certificates in respect of the new B Ordinary shares arising from the capitalisation will be posted on 14 August 2009 to holders of B Ordinary shares on the record date.
