Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

The Company announces that Marcia Campbell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today advised the Company of a sale of 2,639 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") in Murray International at a price of 995.0p pence per Share.

The Shares were sold in error on 3 July 2012 by Mrs Campbell's Independent Financial Adviser and she was advised of the sale on 23 August 2012. Following this sale, Marcia Campbell does not hold any Shares in the Company.

Mrs Campbell has also informed the Company that, as the Shares were sold in error, she intends to re-acquire them in due course.
