The Company announces that it has agreed a new £50 million loan facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc ("RBS") which was drawn in full on 13 May 2015 and fixed for five years at an all-in rate of 2.4975%. The new facility has been used to repay a maturing Yen 8.4 billion loan with RBS.
