In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 31 December 2023, the total number of Ordinary shares of 5p of the Company in issue was 620,866,332 with each share holding one voting right. 

 

There are 26,193,683 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
