In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 31 August 2024, the total number of Ordinary shares of 5p of the Company in issue was 613,375,938 with each share holding one voting right. 

 

There are 33,684,077 Ordinary shares in Treasury.
