On 6th May 2005 the board of directors of Millfield Group plc agreed to issue
286,428 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option plan.



As a result the Company has today made an application for 286,428 Ordinary
Shares of 0.175p to be admitted to trading on AIM.
