Board Appointment



Millfield Group plc (Millfield), the UK's largest national independent financial
adviser, is pleased to announce that Peter Connell has today been appointed to
the Millfield Group plc Board in a Non-Executive role as IFA Representative
Director. He replaces David Stockdale who served in this position for four
years. Peter, aged 34, has 12 years' experience in financial services
distribution and is one of the original founder members of Millfield.
