Update re Annual General Meeting

NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leader in the UK consumer legal services market , announces that, further to the UK Government's decision on 14 June 2021 to extend the existing COVID-19 restrictions to at least 19 July 2021, the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting") to be held at 10:00 am on 29 June 2021 will now be held as a closed meeting.

In order to adhere to the UK Government's guidelines, the AGM will be convened with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders, facilitated by the Company. Regrettably, no additional shareholders will be able to attend the AGM in person and any person seeking to attend the meeting will be refused entry. The Company therefore strongly encourages all shareholders to appoint the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy and to submit their voting instructions electronically in advance of the Meeting, in accordance with the instructions contained in the Notice of AGM.

As previously announced, shareholders will be able to follow the Meeting using a conference call link and are invited to submit questions in writing prior to the Meeting. Shareholders may obtain the conference call details or submit a question, by writing to [e-mail] with details of their name, shareholding and question by 10:00 am on 28 June 2021.  Further details are available in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and on the Group's website.
