Naked Wines plc confirms that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, 30 September 2024, at 4.00pm (UK time) at the offices of Fladgate LLP, Ninth Floor, 16 Great Queen St, London WC2B 5DG.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 April 2024 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have now been posted to shareholders and copies are available on the Company's website at www.nakedwinesplc.co.uk/investors/shareholder-information/.
