The Company has been informed that Justin Apthorp has sold 400,000 ordinary shares on 12 July 2018.  In addition, Mr Apthorp's wife, Susan Helen Simpson Apthorp has sold 150,000 ordinary shares on 12 July 2018.

Following these sales Mr Apthorp's beneficial interest (including shares held in his wife's name) in the Company is 150,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
