Grant of Options
Nanoco Group plc (AIM: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of commercial quantities of quantum dots, confirms that Dr. Michael Edelman, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, and Dr. Nigel Pickett, the Company's Chief Technical Officer, were each granted options over ordinary shares in the Company on 27 November 2009. The options were granted as a combination of unapproved and HM Revenue & Customs approved Enterprise Management Incentive ("EMI") options under the terms of the Nanoco Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
