Further Institutional Funding

Further to the institutional loan with Greenberry plc announced on 15^th May, the Company is delighted to announce that the lender has purchased the further principal of €5,000,000 bringing the total debt facility to Euro 20,000,000.  

Greenberry plc is one of the Company's two cornerstone investors.

This positions the Company with circa £26M cash, once the various equity and debt transactions have completed.
