Notification of substantial shareholding



The Company today received notification that funds under the discretionary
management of Matterhorn Investment LLP hold an interest in 4,416,667 ordinary
shares of 1p each of the Company representing approximately 13.2 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.



Included in that amount is an interest of The Palmyra Fund in 3,681,842 ordinary
shares of 1p each of the Company representing 11.0 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.



None of the interests are by virtue of such an interest as is mentioned in
section 208(5) of the Companies Act 1985. The shares are registered as follows:
