Change of Auditor

The Board of NB Global Monthly Income Fund Limited ("NBMI" or the "Company") announces that,  having been guided by the EU Audit Regulations and EU Audit Directive, and in recognition of the fact that 2019 marked the ninth annual audit completed by its current external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers CI LLP ("PwC"), the Board has conducted a formal tender process for the position of external auditor to the Company.

Following the tender process, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of KPMG Channel Islands Limited ("KPMG") as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2021.

The appointment of KPMG will be recommended to the Company's shareholders for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2021. PwC will continue in its role as external auditor to the Company for the current year ending 31 December 2020.
