The following amendment has been made to the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released on 25 July 2011 at 18:00 under RNS No 0242L.

The new US Dollar shares will now be listed under the Company's existing block listing facility rather than a new application for listing.

All other details remain unchanged.

Issue of Equity

The Company announces that today it has issued 12,114,891 new US Dollar shares for cash at a price of 1.002 dollars per share under its block listing facility

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Sterling shares in issue is 236,852,782 and the total number of US Dollar shares in issue is 133,263,812.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 512,228,263 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
