The Company announces that application has been made for 38,805 Sterling shares and 69,213 US Dollar Shares ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 24 May 2013.  The application has been made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash declared on 8 April 2013.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Sterling shares in issue will be 414,273,102 and the total number of US Dollar shares in issue will be 57,615,588.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 720,452,551 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
