The Company announces that application has been made for 592,380 new Sterling shares and 68,398 new US Dollar Shares ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FSA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  It is expected that these Shares will be admitted on 24 February 2012.  The application has been made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash declared on 19 January 2012.

Following this issue of shares, the total number of Sterling shares in issue will be 359,196,600 and the total number of US Dollar shares in issue will be 142,101,724.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 716,816,284 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
