NCC Group commences trading on the Official List



NCC Group plc, (AIM: NCC, 'NCC Group' or 'the Group') the international,
independent provider of Escrow Solutions, Assurance Testing and Consultancy, has
today been admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and will commence trading
at 8.00am on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.

The cost of the listing will be up to £0.6m in cash and will be shown in the
Group's figures as a one-off item.  The Group's AGM is on 20 September 2007 and
the Board expects to publish the Group's first Interim Management Statement in
the week commencing 13 October 2007.


Rob Cotton, Chief Executive, commented:


'Today marks another significant milestone in the Group's history. We have
delivered strong growth since listing on Aim three years ago with turnover
increasing from £14.5 million to £25.4 million in the year to 31 May 2007 and
operating profits up from £4.8m to £8.2m over the same period.

'Given our current size, ambitious growth plans and strong prospects, now is the
right time to move to the Official List to raise our profile and enable us to
access a wider pool of investors.'

Copies of the prospectus have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and
will be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at: Financial Services Authority, 25 The North
Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
