AGM Statement


NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC or 'the Group'), the international, independent provider
of Escrow Solutions, Assurance Testing and Consultancy, is holding its Annual
General Meeting at 12 Noon today 20 September 2007.

At the meeting the Non-Executive Chairman, Paul Mitchell, will state:

'The Group has made a strong start to the financial year, in what is our slowest
trading period.

I am particularly pleased to report that the two businesses acquired during
2007, Site Confidence in January and SecureTest in August, are now fully
integrated into our Assurance Testing Division.  They are already making
important contributions to both the Group's profits and its overall positioning
in the IT assurance market.

The Assurance Testing Division, consisting of Ethical Security Testing and
Performance and Load Testing, is now firmly established as one of the leading
independent operators in this market in the UK.   We believe now we have the
largest Ethical Security Testing capability in the UK as we have over forty
ethical security testers including twenty six who are accredited to the
Government's stringent CHECK security testing standard.

The Group is also progressing with its investment programme to build an Escrow
Solutions account management team in the South, based in our Site Confidence
business in Dorking.  We have increased our office capacity and have
successfully started the recruitment of Escrow Solutions account management
staff.  We are optimistic that we will achieve our target of eight new starters
by the half year.

Now that we are fully listed, the Group expects to report its first Interim
Management Statement as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, on Tuesday 16 October 2007.  Our interim figures for the six
months to 30 November 2007 are expected to be published during the week
commencing 21 January 2008.'
