Netcall PLC 23 May 2007 Netcall plc ('Netcall' or 'the Company') Grant of Share Options 23 May 2007 - Netcall plc, a leading provider of call-back, auto messaging and contact solutions announces that the Board has today granted 1,500,000 options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') to Henrik Bang the Chief Executive Officer of Netcall. The options are exercisable over a three year period should the share price reach 50p per share (AIM mid market price) for 20 consecutive days or if on the sale of the business the shares are valued at or above 40p per share. Mr Bang now holds options over 3,670,000 Ordinary Shares and is also interested in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents a total holding of approximately 5.86% of the Company's current issued share capital of 66,050,937.
