Director Shareholding and Additional Listing
The Company has today made application to AIM for the admission to trading of 75
million ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company. The new shares have been
issued following the exercise of warrants by the loan note holders at 1p per
share.
Following the issue of the new shares, the following director's shareholding has
changed as follows:

The other 60 million shares were issued to companies wholly owned by Mr E Dwek,
and as a consequence the Company has been informed that Mr E Dwek is now the
beneficial owner of 76,000,000 ordinary shares, which represents 17.0% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
The 75 million new shares have been issued and allotted as fully paid up and
rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.
It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the new
shares on AIM will commence on 28 July 2006.
