NewRiver Retail announces that a copy of its Annual Report and Accounts for 2014 is available from the Company's website at www.nrr.co.uk. Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts for 2014 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 2 June 2014.

The 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 2 July 2014 at the offices of Bell Pottinger, 6^th Floor, Holborn Gate, 330 High Holborn, London, WC1V 7QD.
