Appointment of Joint Broker

NewRiver Retail Limited (AIM and CISX: NRR), the UK REIT specialising in value-creating retail property investment and asset management, is pleased to announce the appointment of Investec Bank plc as joint-broker to the Company with immediate effect. Cenkos will continue to be joint-broker and nominated adviser to the Company.

David Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer, said:
