Following admission this morning, the Company's share capital consists of 180,227,456 ordinary shares of no par value each, of which 479,345 are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company, excluding treasury shares, is therefore 179,748,111.
The above figure (179,748,111) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will be determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, NewRiver under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
