("NewRiver" or the "Company")
Guernsey Financial Services Commission Registration Change
Upon an application by the Company, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission has agreed to revoke the declaration of the Company as a registered closed-ended collective investment scheme pursuant to The Registered Collective Investment Scheme Rules 2008 on the basis that it is a general commercial trading company and hence no longer has the attributes of a collective investment scheme. To that effect, the Company will not be subject to the supervision of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission save in respect of any new offer documents which will need to comply with the Guernsey Prospectus Rules 2008.
There is no change to the Company's REIT status or to the admission of its shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
