TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

Following the Admission of 67,164,179 Ordinary Shares earlier today, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 305,752,715 Ordinary Shares of one pence each with voting rights, of which 4,419,822 ordinary shares are held in treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 301,332,893.

The above figure of 301,332,893 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the FCA.
